How long does a silicone roof last?
Depending on the number of layers used and the material quality, a silicone roof can extend a roof life by 10-20 years.
Is a silicone roof system slippery?
By default, silicone roofs are very slippery. For areas that require foot traffic a special layer of sand can be added to protect and increase the life of the silicone coating.
Is my property eligible for silicone roof coating?
It depends on the condition of the roof and how well it has been maintained. About 30% of the roofs that we inspect are ineligible due to lack of maintenance and poor condition.
